he RFD Aerolite series is our leading range of canopied liferafts, and is designed to be uniquely suitable for multiple fixed and rotary-wing applications including commercial and military use. Tried and tested in a large number of emergency situations including search & rescue missions, the Aerolite has proven effective across all aircraft types from executive jets to large military transporters and airline operators. Manufactured from polyurethane proofed nylon fabric, the Aerolite combines high survivability features with low weight/packed volume benefits. Each Aerolite liferaft has an inflatable canopy support to ensure maximum exposure protection against the most extreme elements.
